I was fortunate enough to have Terri to not only sell my house but help me purchase my new house. Having lived at my house for 37 years I really had no idea what to do but Terri walked me through the whole process on both sides. I had all these “what ifs” and Terri was there to reassure me every step of the way. The selling of my house was flawless. We went under contract before the open house had finished and Terri even had a creative idea that helped both my husband and I, and the buyer.
Terri found our new house before we sold our existing house so I didn’t have the stress of what if I don’t find something. It was new construction and wouldn’t be completed until 3 months after we sold our existing house. No worries my husband and I stayed at a wonderful campground on Lake Winnipesauke. Not bad for being homeless. We packed all our things into a few storage facilities and waited until the house was completed. Even though it was a 3 month wait Terri still kept in touch with me. Let me know what was going on, made appointments so I could see the house and the updates that were being done, and let me know what action items I had so that we could have a smooth closing. We did have a few hiccups come up at the end but Terri worked her magic and things ended up going as planned due to her expertise in the business.
I am so thankful that I had Terri by my side for both the selling and buying of my houses. I had never met Terri before but she came highly recommended by several people. Her knowledge, expertise, and guidance were amazing. I knew I could trust Terri to answer my questions honestly. Terri is full of integrity and definitely has her clients best interests at hearts. She always gets back to you right away even when she was on vacation! Even though I am in my new house now Terri is still answering questions for me. I feel like not only did I get an amazing real estate agent I also gained a friend.
