Terri Byerly – literally the BEST real estate agent anyone could ask for. From the first phone call to the last signature on closing Terri was always attentive, available, and just plain awesome. Terri was always 100% on call and despite the consistent indecisiveness and last minute scheduling, Terri always found a way to make it work, whether it was a holiday weekend or late nights. From day one Terri was so easy to work with and always made us feel like we could say anything to her and always made us feel comfortable. Terri was always out for our best interest and NEVER made us feel that she was pushing us into something for her benefit. Terri always gave us the advice to never settle as buying a house is one of the biggest investments that one will make in their lifetime, and to never give up, that the perfect house would come along and we would know it when we found it. Terri was patient and kind and was also friendly with a great sense of humor (especially when she received texts accidentally that were not meant for her *Can of corn* inside joke). This will be someone that you have to trust and spend a lot of your time with. Terri always makes sure that anything you put a signature on is written correctly so there are no legal issues down the road. We always felt that she understood her job to the fullest and we could just focus on finding a house. I would absolutely 100% recommend Terri as an agent. Anyone who picks her to work with will NOT be disappointed. We miss you Terri!
